Shipping Schedule
- We ship sea moss gel Monday through Thursday to ensure your order arrives fresh and in excellent condition.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase.
- Transit times are typically 1-3 business days via UPS Ground or UPS 3-Day Guaranteed.
International Shipping
- We ship internationally and use UPS for most orders.
- Transit times for international shipments are typically 3-6 business days.
Sea Moss Gel Shipping & Freshness
- To preserve freshness, we ship our sea moss gel frozen. It is designed to remain fresh for up to 10 days in transit.
- If your sea moss gel arrives warm, don’t worry! This does not mean it has gone bad. Simply place it in the fridge to cool down and thicken back into a gel.

Local Pickup
- Free local pickup is available for Austin residents. Simply enter your address at checkout to determine eligibility.
