Return and Refund Policy for Austin Sea Moss

At Austin Sea Moss, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we do not accept returns, we are committed to resolving any issues you may experience with your order. If you encounter any problems with your order, please contact us at braelyn@austinseamoss.com, and we will work to make it right.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and ensure it is resolved promptly.


Returns

We do not accept returns on any products.

Because our products are perishable and consumable, returned items cannot be restocked or resold. For this reason, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or spoiled.


Refund Eligibility

Orders are eligible for a refund or replacement only under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged in transit

  • The product arrived spoiled or unsafe for consumption

  • The incorrect item was received

To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A description of the issue

Claims submitted outside of this window may not be eligible for review.


Natural Product Variations

Austin Sea Moss gel is a wildcrafted, natural product. Because of this, variations may occur in:

  • Color (gold, tan, ivory, or light purple hues)

  • Texture or thickness

  • Taste or aroma

These variations are normal and are not considered defects, spoilage, or grounds for refund.


Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.

Filing a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in:

  • Account flagging

  • Refusal of future service

  • Submission of order documentation to the payment processor


Exchanges

If eligible, replacements will be shipped as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
